1. The unique Step-Hear Audio Anchor Unit.
A smart loudspeaker, automatically activated by a smart phone app, with Bluetooth connection. When the user is within 3 feet or 1 meter a sound will be emitted from the anchor unit.
- The audio guidance is also heard from the smartphone app.
- The sound from the audio-anchor unit can be just a short ‘beep’ or other sound -
according to user’s or venue’s preference (and the audio guidance is heard from the app).
- Volume is automatically adjusted according to surrounding noises.

It receives all incoming alerts from the different STEP-HEAR devices.
The user of the Step-Hear app can press a button to alert the Reception Unit at the front desk that a person with a disability has arrived and needs assistance.
5. CALL-Assistance
Restroom Alarm placed in restrooms so that a person with a disability can pull the alarm string to activate the Restroom Alarm to notify the staff monitoring the Reception Unit that a person with a disability needs assistance.

> Provides access for blind or visually impaired people from a distance of up to 260 ft. to the main entrance of the building.
> Provides the delivery of pre-recorded audio messages regarding access to the main entrance, points of interest on the ground floor - directions, distances, etc.
> Provides the ability to request assistance from the staff in the establishment.
> Provides access to direct telephone communication with the building's call center.

The Package number II - Enhanced
The Enhanced Package includes everything in the Basic Package plus 2 IP cameras with real-time video monitoring that can be placed where they are required on the property.
The real time video monitoring is included in the Enhanced Package.
